Living in the UK

Are you moving/relocating to the UK? I created this website for the benefit of those who are planning to come to UK or those who are here but are apprehensive about the cost of living. An immigrant myself, I have tried to collate my experiences in terms of what it costs to make a living in the United Kingdom. It will always be my endeavour to keep this website updated. However, being on a full time job, I may not be able to keep everything up-to-date. If you feel I need to cover any other information on day to day living in the UK, leave your comments in the guestbook and I shall try to incorporate your suggestions.

So, what's life in the UK like ? If you are an immigrant, you will probably miss your home like me. Well, it's not as bad as it sounds. If you are looking to have fun and also save some money, this is the place. Depends on how much you earn. To have fun and also make a decent saving, you should earn atleast 1500 pounds a month, that is, your net salary and if you stay in and around London. You could save more if you probably stay in East or North of UK.
